Only thing I’m still figuring out is how to configure the accessories (mainly the battery chargers) without them coming loose any flying around during travel.

I bought both the Arri WCU-4 case and the Movi Pro larger case. With the Movi Pro case I understand why you need to remove the top handle because other wise the case would be huge. It would be awesome if there was some sort of QR plate so you didn’t have to screw and unscrew those 4 little screws every time. I really like the case and am able to fit everything including mounting hardware. If you came up with a solution for the handle for the Movi ring even if it’s just a link to another product they would be perfect.

So far I love the case. If you forget to take off an accessory on the ring you will damage the foam immediately.
I would perhaps like different access to the lower cubby but then again I don’t need to constantly access that area while working.
One improvement that you guys might like is: the movi batts ship in a precut foam compartment. When you keep that foam cut out and place them in the lower channel of the movi case, they fit quite perfectly. At that point all you need is a little padded flap to act as a divider/lid. Perfect for short trips not involving air travel.
For now I say 4/5 simply for cost and I haven’t seen how well the foam will hold up. It’s my first Jason case but I’m sure it won’t be my last.

We have used two different Freefly Movi cases and both have performed up to our expectations. We highly recommend them. Our only disappointment with the new large Movi Pro case is that it doesn’t have the hard plastic overlay but it still performs great!

We are big users of Jason Cases and have come to admire your product. We have purchased cases in the past for all sorts of camera solutions and have been very happy with all of them.
When we bought our MoVI Pro we knew there was only one case that we wanted for it. We are mostly happy with the product as it fits the full ring with camera built out on it, accommodates batteries, mimic, chargers, and a handful of other accessories.
Things that we would like to have seen would be options for classic handles, miscellaneous pockets for teradeks, follow focus, pop-n-locks, monitors, and all the other accessories used to rig out a camera system. We felt it was restricting in terms of miscellaneous gear.
I compare the MoVI Pro case to the MoVI M10 case and how the M10 had numerous storage options. Obviously the MoVI Pro is a beast in and of itself, and was most likely a tough challenge to create a case to please everyone. We appreciate the workmanship and strive to excellence that Jason Cases shows. And we will be lifelong customers.

It is an awesome case and I love how easily I can tear down my Movi and get it packed up. My only suggestion would be some kind of zipped bag or pouch in the very bottom of the case. The Movi Pro takes a lot of accessories such as battery chargers, follow focus and plenty of cables, to operate. I would be ideal if all the necessary items to work the Movi could all fit into one case. I’m currently trying to find some pouches that will fit in the bottom of the case that I can just double sided velcro down for this purpose.

For something as light weight as the movi pro, it’s a shame the case has to be so heavy, but I understand that isn’t something that can be easily adjusted.

We’re big fans of our Jason Cases. We originally purchased the case that came with our MōVI Pro which filled the back of a pickup truck. Given that we are a bicoastal production company that needs to ship/travel with equipment, this was never going to work. Instead we found Jason Case which gave us a MōVI case that we could easily take on the plane and it was half the price! This really solved a huge problem for us and made shipping the MōVI Pro sage and easy. We also purchased a case for our C200 that fits everything we need for that camera. If anything, we are considering purchasing another case that allows us to remove the MōVI Pro fully Built.
